The Root Residence


Inspired by Polynesian design principles, this custom home integrates private gardens, volcanic stone columns, fountains, and a fire temple to create a unique, meditative retreat. A striking example of tropical modern architecture with cultural influences.

Robbins Residence


This 1920s riverfront bungalow was raised 16 feet on new concrete piers for flood protection. A dramatic feature includes a deck bridge connecting the home to a boathouse on the river, blending historic preservation with modern waterfront living.
